REPORT TO. INSURANCE AGENCY MANAGER DEPARTMENT. SALES AND MARKETING Role Description The Sales Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kampala. The Sales Agent will identify and pursue new business opportunities, present agency services to prospective clients, and maintain relationships with existing clients. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and following up to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to align client needs with agency offerings, providing feedback from the market, and meeting defined sales targets.
Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
Customer Service and Training skills to support clients, address inquiries, and guide them through agency processes.
