Job Description
District Coordination of Sales and Aftersales through Dealer Network focus on performance, KPIs, and quarterly targets supported on Zone Managers.
STRATEGIC :40%
- Planning and tuning of forecast per dealer Region.
- Special Programs and Mix Desing for Sales and Aftersales as a whole
- Arrangement of dealers by Performance.
- Appointment of staff in charge of every Dealer.
OPERATIONAL 50%:
- Development of specific Dealers according to performance.
- Remediation plan for Specific Dealers in case of low performance.
- Tailored Remediation Plans.
- Dealers Visiting Plans.
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT 10%:
- Team performance Management
- Smart administration of Travel expenses.
Other functions:
- Participation in Dealer Conventions and Forums.
- Continuous interaction with stakeholders related to Sales and Aftersales Portfolio. <...
