Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
⢠Advising and supporting clients throughout the purchase process,
⢠Providing after-sales service to clients,
⢠Ensuring regular reporting,
⢠Actively prospecting the area,
⢠Developing and retaining the client portfolio,
⢠Identifying market changes and new commercial targets to prospect.
Required profile :
⢠Graduated in Commerce, Marketing, or Business Management, you have proven experience in selling real estate properties;
⢠You know the real estate market in the specified area;
⢠You have mastered sales techniques and the financial management of mortgage applications;
⢠You have excellent interpersonal skills;
