Role Overview

The Sales Advisor is responsible for driving used vehicle sales at CARIVA by guiding customers through the buying journey — from vehicle assessment and recommendation through to negotiation, financing coordination, and after-sale follow-up. The role requires a self-driven, customer-focused individual who can build trust quickly, close deals effectively, and contribute to the dealership's marketing and inventory efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Engage potential buyers in person, by phone, and online, actively listening to understand their budget, needs, and preferences to recommend the most suitable vehicles from inventory
• Deliver confident, well-structured sales pitches that highlight each vehicle's value proposition and address customer objections
