Job summary -purpose of the role As a part of the Sales Administration team you act as a link between customers and Univar personnel. Customer needs drive your activities and you balance them with the interests of the company. Within the team you will be reporting into the Sales Office Manager, Sales Admin Manager or Sales Manager.Responsibilities & dutiesYou support on all sales activities pre-and after sales.Responsible for setting up and maintain customers in SAPwhere applicable.To issue daily reports as requested by sales.To create quotations in Q.Provide price lists to the Sales personnel and Customers.To be available during office hours (by the mail, phone) for customers, suppliers and colleagues.Communicate in a service minded manner with customers and all internal functions and provide any necessary information to all shareholders.Build strong, proactive relationships with customers to develop growth opportunities and ensure customer retention.Take advantage of any...
