About the role
We are seeking a talented Sales Admin to join our team at UNITY PREMIUM RESOURCES' in Kajang, Selangor. As a full-time Sales Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring the smooth running of our client-facing activities.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, and managing client records
Assisting with the processing of sales orders, invoicing, and other financial tasks
Answering and directing incoming calls and emails from clients and prospective customers
Collaborating with the sales team to identify and implement process improvements
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales and customer data in our CRM system
Providing general office support, such as filing, photocopying, and coordinating with other departments
