Job Description
Job Title: Sales Admin Executive (AutoCount / AWS + Bonus)
Job Hours: 5 Days, 9am to 6pm
Job Location: Tai Seng
The Opportunity:
- Hands-on accounts and admin role covering AP, AR, invoicing, payment follow-up and operational support
- Work with clients, suppliers and freight forwarders across local and overseas business transactions
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
- Prepare and process purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices
- Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Prepare monthly ageing reports and customer statements of account
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Check and verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents
