Position Overview

Salary: $3,000

Work Days: 5 Days (8:30am to 6pm)

Work Location: West (near Lakeside MRT station)

Responsibilities

• Process quotations, orders and fulfillment.
• Handle inbound calls and purchase enquiries.
• Support walk-in customers.
• Review sales contracts and purchase orders.
• Maintain document filing systems.
• Liaise with customers and the sales team.

Requirements

• GCE O/A, Nitec or Diploma in Engineering
• At least 2 years of sales admin or coordination experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Independent and a good team player
• Singaporean only need apply
