Position Overview
The Sales Admin Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Sales Department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate documentation, timely coordination, and efficient processing of sales-related activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year course in Business Management or any related field
- With at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel (Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are an advantage)
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, organized, and capable of working independently
- Possesses good written and verbal communication skills
- Preferably residing in Pasig, Mandaluyong, or nearby areas
- Must be willing and able to start immediately
