You will be an integral part of the Finance organization, ensuring precise financial statements across multiple private equity and venture capital entities. This role centers on managing capital calls, distributions, and ensuring compliance with a multitude of regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage quarterly financial statements and investor reporting
• Supervise fund accounting including reconciliations and valuations
• Coordinate with tax consultants for compliance filings
• Collaborate on fund launches and automate processes
• Handle internal and external stakeholder communications
Requirements:
• 3+ years in fund accounting, ideally in private markets
