Job Description
The Safety Engineering department is responsible for the safety of the products and project solutions developed and deployed by the Urban Rail Signaling business line and compliance with safety principles, industry‑specific standards and best practices for the development of safety‑critical systems. The Safety Specialist executes Safety Engineering activities in accordance with the company’s process, applicable industry standards and best practices. The role engages with a variety of train control technologies within an existing project portfolio that employs legacy analogue equipment, and also tackles the challenge of working on state‑of‑the‑art autonomous control systems harnessing the latest digital applied science components and techniques.
