POSITION SUMMARY
At E-Z Bel Construction, the Safety Officer (HSSE) plays a key role in assisting field teams to perform duties safely, plan efficiently, and identify risks before they become incidents. This role is built for someone who can be present in the field, earn trust with all personnel, coach field leadership roles, and help operations turn safety expectations into daily habits. This position helps bridge the gap between written safety requirements and real jobsite execution.
YOUR ROLE
- This is a field-forward role, with most time spent on active jobsites supporting crews, observing work, coaching field leaders, and ensuring completion of previously identified safety (HSSE) related action items.
