Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage OSH programs in line with regulatory standards and company policies
• Conduct workplace safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action closure
• Facilitate daily Toolbox Meetings (TBM) and deliver safety training programs
• Ensure compliance with DOLE OSH standards, company policies, and audit requirements
• Issue Work Stoppage Orders (WSO) when necessary to prevent unsafe operations
• Monitor and analyze safety KPIs, including incidents in warehouse and transport operations
• Coordinate with OSH Committee, supervisors, and government inspectors during audits and inspections
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through benchmarking and safety performance analysis
