Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement effective safety training programs tailored to the specific needs of the workforce, promoting a culture of safety awareness.
• Investigate accidents and near‑misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
• Collaborate with management to create and maintain emergency response plans, ensuring all personnel are prepared for any potential crisis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification as a Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent demonstrates a commitment to professional standards in safety management.
