Reporting to the Director of Safety with daily alignment from local operations, the Safety Manager drives a proactive safety culture across the organization. This role oversees the development, implementation, and management of site-specific safety programs. The ideal candidate is a collaborative relationship-builder who partners effectively with front-line supervisors, operational teams, and various trades. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor Safety Coordinators across the assigned territory.
Field Partnership: Collaborate with Operations to mitigate hazards, address unsafe conditions, and implement corrective actions.
Risk & Compliance: Identify workplace hazards, conduct safety audits, and oversee industrial hygiene testing and equipment certifications.
