As the HSE Lead, you will implement and maintain a Health and Safety Management System that meets industry standards. With over a decade of health and safety experience, your responsibility includes leading risk management initiatives, such as inspections and audits, to enhance the company's workplace safety performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain OHS compliance and industry standards
• Act as a trusted resource for HSE matters across teams
• Lead comprehensive incident investigations and corrective actions
• Develop site-specific safety plans and Job Hazard Assessments
• Communicate and track company-wide training requirements
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in health and safety
• Minimum 4 years of leadership or management experience
