Job Description
About the Job: The Safety and Quality Coordinator is responsible for auditing safety and quality processes, extracting actionable insights from IFS reports, and supporting ongoing development of our safety programs. This role will also serve as a backup site safety professional at the RPL site near Monroe, LA, ensuring compliance with site-specific safety requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with regional leadership and branch managers to identify trends, coaching opportunities, and highlight top-performing team members.
