4+ Years of Exp in managing the IT infrastructure of the company, which includes both hardware and software systems.
Maintain essential IT operations, Asset Management including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware, network devices (Firewall, switches, Wireless Access Points)
knowledge on cloud, office 365, alternate Operating system (Linux), SharePoint.
configure, maintain network services, equipment, and devices.
Strong knowledge of Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and firewall configuration.
Experience in Vulnerability & Patch Management Services for windows/Linux/Mac
Managing service requests, incidents, and problems through a ticketing system
Excellent documentation skills for process and policies.
