Job Description
Flywire is seeking a Software Support Specialist I, based within EST is highly preferred. You will join a small team supporting 14,000+ invoiced accounts, delivering prompt, accurate answers about Invoiced features and integrations via email, phone, and chat.
You will read logs to diagnose issues, decide when to move conversations to calls, and lead calls independently. Collaboration with implementation and success teams is essential.
