Job Description

RepairDesk in Lahore is seeking a Customer Support Executive (T1 Technician) to act as the first point of contact for customers via chat, email and calls. You will diagnose basic issues, escalate complex problems, and ensure timely communication to keep customers satisfied.

The role requires 2–3 years of client communication experience, strong English, and familiarity with tools like JIRA, ZOHO, and RingCentral. Onsite in Jeff Heights, Gulberg III, shift 7 pm–4 am.
