• Greeting Guests: Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression.
• Reservation Management: Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of available space.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Seating Guests: Escort guests to their tables, present menus and assist in seating arrangements according to the reservation and seating plan.
• Communication: Collaborate with waitstaff, kitchen and management to coordinate efficient and smooth operations.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and dining section.
