As an on‑call relief Rural and Suburban Mail Carrier with CanadaPost, you will deliver mail on an on‑call basis to various communities, working independently in all kinds of weather and traffic conditions. You will be eligible to apply for permanent Rural and Suburban Mail Carrier positions after your on‑call period.

Responsibilities

• Sort, collect, and deliver mail items securely and in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of local infrastructure, roads, customers, and delivery receptacles.
• Ensure mail is safely secured in your possession.
• Process CPC products and services such as Change of Address Notification, Damaged Mail, Items Delivered Bill (IDB), and others.
• Wear CanadaPost identification while on delivery and ensure its visibility.
• Lift and carry items up to 50lb (22.7kg).
• Operate a motor vehicle in all kinds of weather and traffic condit...
