Runner – Job Description (Hospitality Industry)
A Runner supports the waitstaff and kitchen team by ensuring smooth food service. Main duties include:
Delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to tables quickly and accurately
Clearing and resetting tables
Assisting with cleaning and organizing service areas
Restocking utensils, napkins, and other dining essentials
Supporting waiters with guest needs
