Fully remote across UK, FR, ES, DE, PT, IT, NL, PL (No B2B contracts)
€60,000 - €70,000

We’re looking for a Senior Ruby Engineer to help scale a high-growth product used by marketing teams to discover creators, manage campaigns and measure impact.
Tech stack:
- Ruby on Rails
- REST APIs
- Elasticsearch
- MySQL
- Cloud / CI/CD exposure (GCP ideal)
You’ll work across:
- Backend feature development
- Platform scalability & performance optimisation
- Search systems & database improvements
- Architecture decisions and engineering best practice
