- Inspect and prepare steel surfaces, degrease, grit blast to SA 2.5 / SA 3, and verify surface profile before lining.
- Cut, fit and install cold bond or hot vulcanised rubber lining sheets to chutes, hoppers, launders, and pipes per engineering drawings.
- Apply adhesives, primers, and bonding agents according to manufacturer specifications and cure times.
- Use skiving tools, rollers, and presses to ensure full contact and eliminate air pockets.
- Perform hot vulcanisation: operate autoclaves, heating blankets, and temperature controls safely.
