Context and Mission

At the MAD group, we are looking for undergraduate students that want to take the opportunity to learn about computer architecture, SoC design, and more under the RISC-V ecosystem. We are looking to expand the I/O devices and peripheral options for our SDVs, allowing us to demonstrate interesting applications through modern interfaces, such as HDMI screens.

Key Duties

• Develop digital RTL implementation of peripherals for FPGAs
• Integration of the peripheral controllers with a RISC-V SoC
• Develop software drivers to control these peripherals from the CPU

Requirements

• Education Candidates must be enrolled in a computer science or similar bachelor, starting the last year of the degree in academic year.
