Must Have:
- Experience delivery in a tight deadline and high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills, leading and hands‑on exp.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing complex, multi‑phase projects in a regulated or public sector environment.
- Proven ability to meet project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, especially on multi‑year, multi‑million‑dollar projects, multi‑stakeholder engagements.
- Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact project timelines, budget, or deliverables.
