Must Haves
- 8+ years of hands‑on experience with Remedy ARS Development .
- 8+ years working with backend data and BMC ITSM v9+ features .
- 8+ years of experience mapping business requirements into functional specifications
- Experience designing and building custom data‑driven solutions
- Experience developing reports, ARS code, and integrations in Helix
SaaS setting - Public Sector Experience
Nice‑to‑have
- Bachelor's or master's in business, health, engineering, computer science, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
