Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Information, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 10+ years of public sector or multi-setting healthcare organization experience in program management, large-scale initiative delivery, or portfolio oversight in digital health or healthcare environments
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-workstream programs, managing interdependencies, risks, and cross-team workflows
- Proven ability to establish program governance, performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms, including preparing and delivering executive level presentations
- Extensive experience driving program-level process optimization, operational improvements, and adoption of new delivery structures
