We are seeking an experienced RPO Recruiter to support our US-based clients, primarily within the Hospitality and Tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, excellent candidate engagement skills, and a proven ability to manage high-volume hiring while delivering quality talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Handle high-volume hiring requirements across various roles within the Hospitality and Tourism sector.
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
