Support and optimize Robotics Process Automation initiatives. Manage incidents, provision virtual machines, and maintain bot performance to enhance automation capabilities across the organization.
In this role, you will ensure production environment stability through effective incident management and technical support for network systems. You'll provision virtual machines, oversee ongoing maintenance, and manage hardware configurations to support seamless automation. Experience in RPA automation and troubleshooting is crucial for success.
