Job Description
Job Purpose
The Bot Administrator will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots running in UiPath Orchestrator. This role ensures smooth execution of automated processes, handles bot scheduling, resolves runtime issues, and supports operational continuity for automation initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Bot Management & Monitoring
- Monitor bot performance and health in UiPath Orchestrator.
- Manage bot queues, schedules, and triggers to ensure timely execution.
- Handle bot allocation and resource optimization across environments.
Incident Handling & Troubleshooting
- Investigate and resolve bot failures, exceptions, and runtime errors.
- Collaborate with RPA developers and business teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain incident logs and provide root cause analysis for recurring issues.
