Key Responsibilities Perform monthly and quarterly royalty calculations for Latin American contracts according to approved Base of Contract and revenue definitions. Prepare, review, and validate royalty accruals, true‑ups, and historical adjustments, including prior‑year entries, ensuring accurate accounting. Support timely royalty payment cycles, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed timelines. Identify, investigate, and resolve data issues, calculation variances, and late inputs that affect royalty timelines and accruals. Partner with Print, Content, Editorial, and other business groups to ensure contract terms, pricing bases, and approvals are current before processing payments. Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to resolve contract interpretation questions and calculation dependencies.
