**Routing Coordinator:** Responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing final-mile delivery routes to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and on-time service. This role schedules and monitors deliveries, supports dispatch and hub operations, communicates with customers and internal teams, resolves delivery issues, and adjusts routes as needed to address changing conditions. The Routing Coordinator also tracks performance metrics, identifies opportunities for operational improvement, and helps ensure a positive customer delivery experience while meeting service level expectations.
