Flat Pattern Operator Location: Harper KS Set up and operate CNC router and water jet while producing various shaped parts to customer requirements. Operator must be able to follow detailed standard work and procedures utilizing existing programs for various size of raw material sheet size, change out and maintain a sharp set of tooling. Must understand machine maintenance requirements. Must be aware of cosmetic appearance of parts and make sure that they are de burred per customer requirements and make sure that first part and every part is exactly the same, being especially aware of possible loss of vacuum, drills and cutters that are close in size that can cause dissimilar parts. Tasks:

• Calculate and measure dimensions or tolerances, using instruments such as micrometers, calipers and portable CMM or FARO.
