Job Description
Lead the collection operations in Windsor as a Route Supervisor with Miller Waste Systems. This permanent, full-time position focuses on safety, driver support, and efficient service delivery.
As a Route Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate routes, and coach drivers to ensure timely material collection within Windsor. Additionally, you will manage relationships with municipal stakeholders and ensure compliance with safety protocols while fostering a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and modify collection routes and maps
• Conduct regular morning meetings with staff
• Respond to accidents and complete investigation reports
• Record daily productivity statistics and timekeeping
• Support timely curbside material collection
Requirements:
• DZ Driver's Licence and clean driver's abstract
