Role Overview
The role will be responsible primarily for primary distribution risk management, live route tracking, and execution management. Additionally, the role will support secondary distribution business units.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesPart of this role's responsibilities will include tracking routes, alert management, exception management, escalation, expediting, trending & analysis, communication with drivers and depots, and improving the productivity of operational teams.
Daily, Live Execution Management of all routes for assigned Business Unit (BU) Route Execution & Tracking: Live visibility and tracking of all routes within the BU on Cella Track Tracking and investigation of all “Late” routes Tracking Route Compliance, Planned vs Actual KM, and Planned vs Actual TAT Alert & Exception Management: Managing risk alerts Acknowledgement & resolution of alert pop-ups on Cella for applicable BU Driver communication and relationship management Driving corrective a...
