About the Role
As a Rostering & Scheduling Officer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. Working in a fast-paced aged care environment, you’ll coordinate and optimise schedules to support continuity of care while balancing workforce needs, compliance requirements, and unexpected changes.
