Seda Manila Bay is looking for a Rooms Controller to oversee room inventory, planning, and overall room assignment strategy. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in coordinating front office operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage room inventory, including assignments, upgrades, and room availability.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Reservations, and Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and accuracy.
• Monitor daily occupancy, arrivals, departures, and forecasted demand.
• Handle special requests, VIP arrangements, and group room allocation.
• Ensure accuracy of room status and resolve discrepancies promptly.
