Key Responsibilities

• Executes cleaning duties thoroughly, following established procedures and standards to uphold the ambience of assigned guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
• Creates a comfortable environment by making beds, changing linens, vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Elevates the room experience by replenishing amenities, toiletries, and supplies, ensuring each room is fully stocked and ready for occupancy.
• Demonstrates a keen eye for detail, identifying maintenance issues, damages, or repairs within rooms and promptly reporting them to the maintenance team.
• Upholds The Pacha Group’s grooming and dress code standards, presenting a professional appearance at all times.
• Responds promptly and courteously to guests' requests for extra amenities or services, contributing to their overall satisfaction in alignment with The Pacha Group’s standards.
