 COMMERCIAL ROOFING EXPERIENCE IS A REQUIREMENT---

  • Knowledge of a variety of single ply roofing systems and well versed in rubber roofing applications.
  • Manage Roofing Team.
  • Manage leak log to track current and long-term leaks and repairs to ensure that progress is made each week.
  • Request roof access by following the roof access permit protocol
  • Prepare complete job packages (Labor, Material, & Equipment) by performing walkdowns.
  • Update CMMS with job package information to include repair and predictive preventative field tasks.
