Job Description
What you will be doing:
Lead and supervise crews on a flat roofing project.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily work activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications.
Assign tasks, monitor crew performance, and provide coaching and mentorship to apprentices and junior team members.
Perform and oversee the installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection of commercial flat roofing systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work orders to ensure accurate project execution.
Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and deliveries to maintain efficient workflow on site.
Conduct roof inspections and ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications to maintain warranty requirements.
