Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and debug Roku applications using BrightScript and SceneGraph
- Optimize performance and memory usage for a wide range of Roku devices, including legacy models
- Integrate core Roku frameworks such as Advertising and Analytics
- Ensure compliance with Roku Channel Store submission requirements
- Work with video streaming and encoding technologies and open-source video libraries
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful web services
- Participate in code reviews and technical troubleshooting sessions
Requirements
- Proven experience developing Roku applications using BrightScript and SceneGraph
- In-depth knowledge of the Roku device ecosystem and performance optimization
