Job Purpose:


This role has innovative responsibility for the development and implementation of innovative solutions. This role will coordinate between the solutions team and the innovation lab. Consistently focuses on working with the innovation execution and solutions team to assess, develop and promote solutions that will guide the customer towards their individualized plan for success between work in the innovation lab and/or in the field. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the account manager, solutions, and Innovation Execution team to coordinate needs through the innovation lab and or in the field
  • Organize and promote solutions through the innovation lab or in the field
  • Identify data requirements and communicate with the sales and solution team to obtain the desired data
  • Perform an in-depth data analysis of the information provided to develop an innovative solution
