Roadway Engineer – South New Jersey


We’re hiring a Roadway Engineer to join a growing team working on public and private infrastructure projects throughout South Jersey. This role offers hands-on involvement from design through construction on impactful transportation projects.


What you’ll be working on:

  • Roadway design and construction projects

  • Infrastructure improvements and rehabilitation

  • Stormwater management and drainage design

  • NJDOT permitting and agency coordination

  • Construction management and field support

    • What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

  • Experience with roadway/highway design (entry-level to mid-level welcome)

  • Working knowledge of NJDOT standards and design guidelines
