Job Description
The Roads Program has grown over 30 years into an organization that provides a variety of successful support to more than forty adults with varying developmental delays. The most important work done at Roads is to help individuals learn to be the most independent people they can be. Support is provided to individuals to make positive choices, live their best lives, and achieve their desired goals. The program represents Resources, Opportunities, Abilities, Discoveries, and Supports individuals as they map out their own directions. The program assists individuals to learn the transit system and acquire skills needed to be fully participating community members.
