Position Summary
Join Johnston Equipment as a Road Service Technician. The role involves conducting maintenance checks and diagnosing repairs for lift trucks and carousels at customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Examine overall operational integrity and condition of trucks.
- Find defective or worn out mechanical or electrical parts and communicate and execute next steps for repair solutions to the customer.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose and order parts according to technical manuals.
- Document and analyze breakdowns based on standard procedures.
- Serve as the front‑line contact between GNJ and the customer, interacting with clients while maintaining technical expertise.
Qualifications
