The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Civil Maintenance Supervisor with the onsite leadership of the Maintenance Crew, other field staff and sub-contractors.The Road Maintenance Leading Hand is the primary on site leader for ensuring that work activities are undertaken safely, in accordance with environmental controls and with a high level of quality and productivity.Key Responsibilities:
