Job Summary
We are hiring a Part Time RN/RPN Clinical Mentor to join our team in Mission, B.C. The RN Clinical Mentor – Long Term Care functions as an experienced clinical mentor, resource, and champion in the delivery of excellent resident‑centred care. In collaboration with Nurse Educators and interprofessional team leaders, the Clinical Mentor provides rapid, elbow‑to‑elbow clinical mentorship and practice support to nursing staff and other care team members within Long Term Care settings. This role provides leadership in advancing clinical practice, supporting staff skill development, and strengthening quality and safety through hands‑on mentorship, role modeling, and clinical guidance at the point of care.
