Job Description
**Full-Time Case Managers Needed!**
Location: Home-based visits across Massachusetts
+ Worcester
+ Brockton (and surrounding towns)
+ Quincy (and surrounding towns)
+ New Bedford (and surrounding towns)
+ Springfield
+ Boston (Mattapan, Jamaica Plain, Roxbury)
+ Braintree (and surrounding towns)
+ Lawrence (and surrounding towns)
+ Lynn (and surrounding towns)
+ Boston North (Cambridge, Arlington, Somerville, East Boston)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Assignment: 13 weeks to start ( **Temp-to-Perm & Direct Placement options available** )
**Compensation**
+ Pay Rate: RN - Up to $57/hr, LPN - Up to $47/hr
+ Mileage Reimbursement: $0.72/mile
